Accomplishments:
- All groups have gathered information for their familiarization presentations. Groups feeling confident about their focus area of study.
- All groups have begun development of their game engines. Programmers are becoming familiar with their tools and artists are becoming familiar with Photoshop.
- Materials for game development (Game Maker, Photoshop, Audacity) posted to forums for all groups to begin learning their respective tools.
- Spriting, game engine examples, and tileset demo's have been presented to all group members.
- All team contracts and lab contracts completed and assembled.
Monitoring and Control:
To Be Accomplished:
- Groups need to develop baseline artwork for preliminary game engine testing.
- Simplistic game engines need to be developed for all mini-games. (Some demo's have been assembled for group use, but further development will be necessary)
- Further organization of groups. Game development isn't a task learned overnight, and needs to be monitored closely.
- Creation of a preliminary auto-launcher for all mini-games.
- Baseline artwork for overall group main character sprite.
